> your credit card number. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and JCB. We do not accept cheques or money orders. You can email, fax (250 382 0001) or call us (250 388 6815) with your credit card number, the expiry date and the billing address of the card holder.

> a daytime phone number, with the area code, so that we can reach you in person if necessary

> the address you would like the goods shipped to

gift certificates
Gift certificates are a wonderful way to pamper someone. Gift certificates of any value (towards product and/or spa services) can be purchased via telephone, fax or email. Click here to download a gift certificate order form.

Here is the information we require when you order a gift certificate:

> first and last name of the recipient
> phone number (with area code) of the recipient
> first and last name of the purchaser. Please indicate if the gift certificate is from more than one person or if it is from an organization.
> dollar value or spa service(s) that the gift certificate is for

Please choose from one of the following options below:

> we mail the gift certificate to the purchaser (a $1 fee is charged for this). Please provide us with his or her mailing address.
> we mail the gift certificate to the recipient (a $1 fee is charged for this). Please provide us with his or her mailing address.
> we prepare the gift certificate for the recipient or purchaser to pick up at the store

If you would like us to mail you a copy of the receipt, please let us know (a $1 fee is charged for this).

shipping
All orders are shipped expedited via Canada Post, freight prepaid. US orders are shipped via Xpresspost USA.

The cost of shipping the goods will depend on how much you order and where you live (the weight and size of the item, as well as the distance it is shipped, affect the cost). Please note that we will not know the exact price of shipping until we have packed the goods.

pricing
All prices are in Canadian dollars. Merchandise will be invoiced at the prices in effect on the date of shipping. While we hope to maintain our prices as long as possible, they are subject to change without notice due to unforeseen increases in cost. If you are a US customer, you can get the most up-to-date conversion rates by clicking here. You will need to pay for your merchandise with a credit card. Your credit card company will automatically convert the funds from Canadian to US dollars and list the information on your statement.
